Good Quality

Not bad! Inexpensive, but good quality. Actually does feel velvety. Pretty quiet. Haven't turned it all the way up yet, but it's doing just fine. I can't think of anything that I'd change. Haven't used it long enough to gauge battery consumption. I would recommend it.

Defective Product

I opened the box and installed batteries. turned on the switch, and nothing, no sound or vibration.
Obviously I asked to return it for refund, so far no response from Naughty North.
