How to Use
Carefully open the package by tearing from the notch — do not use scissors or sharp objects. Hold the condom at the closed end and squeeze the inner ring between your thumb and finger until it becomes long and narrow.
Choose a comfortable position such as squatting, sitting, lying down, or standing with one leg raised. Gently insert the inner ring into the vagina and push it upward until it rests comfortably inside near the pubic bone. The outer ring should remain outside the body.
Guide the penis into the condom opening during penetration, ensuring it enters properly into the pouch. After use, twist the outer ring gently to seal the contents and slowly remove the condom. Dispose of it in the garbage — do not flush.
