Cream works well it's just you discovering whether you like that sensation or not. And start with a very small amount, like less then pea size if you are trying it for the first time like me. I overdid it so it felt distracting. My partner wasn't impressed either 😁. I am trying it out now applying a tiny amount while masturbating.
